Bringing to light what other people won’t. Australian Justice….The true story

“Even if I have to stand alone I will not be afraid to stand alone. I am going to fight for you. I am going to fight for what’s right. I am going to fight to hold people accountable.” Barbara Boxer (US politician)
“True ‘peace’ is not merely the absence of war, it is the presence of justice.” Jane Addams (Founder – ‘Women’s International League for Peace and Freedom’ and the second female recipient of the Nobel Peace Prize)
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Martin Luther King (American Civil Rights Activist)

To me, as well as to many others , it appears that our system of justice in Australia and some of the people charged with the duty and responsibility of ensuring ‘justice’ have not only lost their way they have gone completely off the well-beaten path.

The Players

There appears to be an overwhelming belief in the community, based on solid, unequivocal and undeniable evidence, that our system of justice and some of its ‘players’ are somewhat ‘broken’. Some of these ‘players’ seem to be ‘in it to win it’ at all costs, whether it is ‘just’ or ‘not just’ and whether it is actual ‘justice’ or ‘injustice’, just as long as they ‘win’ or ‘make their point’ (just because they ‘can’ because they ‘have a badge’, or ‘sit on the bench’, or ‘have a degree’ or are an ‘officer of the government’).

Whilst some these ‘players’ are doing what they see as ‘needs to be done’, they then get the most money out of your pocket that they can as well as promoting ‘jobs for the boys and the girls in the legal profession’. They appear to be in it for their own personal aggrandisement.

The system

If one looks at what it costs to develop, keep and maintain our system of justice one would surely have to ascertain that we are paying for a ‘Rolls Royce’ system of justice but getting a ‘Volkswagen’ system of justice with people manipulating the system that is now ‘engineered’ to thwart the government and thwart the consumer who is paying for it – and yes, even those who are not paying for it but still expect to get a ‘Rolls Royce system of justice’.

It appears that there is so much ‘corruption’ within our law ‘enforcers’, our law ‘administrators’, our law ‘defenders’, our law ‘makers’ and our law ‘lecturers’ that somebody really needs to put a stop to it. And when I use the term ‘corrupt’ or ‘corruption’ I am not necessarily referring to the taking of money for ‘favours’ (though there is clearly a lot of that going on too) I am referring to the corrupting of ‘the law’ and our ‘system of justice’.

It appears that the ‘political correctness’ of today’s society is far more concerned with the ‘rights of the offender’ than they are with the ‘rights of the victim’. Protecting the ‘rights of the offender’ whilst ignoring ‘the rights of the victim’ is not ‘justice’ by any stretch of the imagination !! There seems to be so little concern for ‘justice for the victim’ – from police to lawyers, from magistrates to judges, from politicians to those who supposedly teach ‘law’ and ‘justice’ – that the imbalance really needs to be adjusted.

it's time

It appears that we still have police officers (even very senior police officers who have been ‘in the job’ for a very long time, perhaps too long a time) who just can’t seem to let go of the ‘I have a badge and you don’t’ mentality and who not only continue to bully civilians they also bully ‘lower ranks’ as well. And there has been almost nothing that anybody could do about it – until now.

We appear to have lawyers who charge thousands of dollars for them to represent you and defend you – but then don’t. They just do whatever they can to keep ‘your matter’ going for as long as they can !! And there has been almost nothing that anybody could do about it – until now.

We appear to have magistrates and judges who have lost all respect for, or completely ignore altogether, or completely forgot, the adage ‘All men are innocent until proven guilty’ and apply their own personal laws, beliefs and political philosophies to their decisions. We appear to be sliding to a ‘new’ philosophy that ‘everybody is guilty until they can prove their innocence’. And there has been almost absolutely nothing anybody could do about it – until now. It appears that our politicians are concerned with what laws ‘the people’ want made before they get elected, but once elected they kind of realise their ‘self-importance’ and forget about their previous ‘ideals’ and are only interested in making laws that what will get them re-elected. And there has been nothing anybody could do about it – until now.

It appears that our bureaucrats (particularly in the Department of Justice, to whom we pay considerable salaries and fees) are quite content to lie about what they do – particularly with ‘information’ that they legally or illegally obtain and will only tell ‘you’ what they want you to know. And there has been almostnothing anybody could do about it – until now.

And as for our universities – well, what can I say that a Justice of the Supreme Court didn’t argue better …… “If you are going to study ‘law’ do not do it at a university’.” And there has been almost nothing that anybody could do about it – until now.

And now, it’s time to do something about each and every one of them. Enough is enough. The corruption of ‘the law’ and our ‘system of justice’ has to stop !! They need to get back ‘on track’ and do what they are supposed to do, what they get paid handsomely to do, what the community wants and needs them to do and not what they want to do, and completely ignore or lose sight of what is expected and required of them.

His Honour Chief Justice Robert French, Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia (the highest judicial officer in the land), said in a speech at Parliament House, Sydney in May 2010, “We may find it hard to define fairness and unfairness but we know ‘unfairness’ when we see it.” The same can be said about ‘justice’ and ‘injustice’.

This website is committed to seeing what, if anything, can be done to correct the imbalance and weed out those that are corrupting justice by not carrying out their responsibilities with due diligence. It seems to me that those who ‘bend’ the law (and therefore ‘corrupt’ it – sometimes without actually ‘breaking’ the law but just ‘bending’ it) for their own self-aggrandisement, sometimes in order to keep them in a job, or to get re-elected or for ‘promotion within their ranks’, sometimes to eke out their own form of ‘justice’ on an act that ‘they’ themselves consider ‘undesirable’ whether it is so designated by law or not – it’s just ‘personal’.

I cannot do this alone. This can only happen if everyone gets involved. Even if you are one of the ‘corrupt’ (of whom this web site will largely deal with) and you want to have your say, go ahead and have it. The ball has to start rolling sometime, somewhere and somebody has to roll it and if it’s not ‘me’ then it will hopefully be somebody else who will pick up the ball and roll it – without fear or favour to wherever it goes.

Personally, I am sick to death of recent experiences that have shown me, demonstrably and quite clearly, that there are indeed corrupt police, lawyers, judiciary, politicians and government employees – particularly in the so-called Department of Justice. And it saddens me greatly that there is a need to add corrupt law educators and universities that detract significantly from the ‘justice’ that the community has a right (yes, a right) to expect. Our system of justice is not there for the personal benefit of police, lawyers, magistrates, judges, politicians, bureaucrats, etc it is there for the personal benefit and protection of the community at large.

I am not quite sure whether ‘naming and shaming’ is the way to go but something has to be done and that facility will become available in time, on this website. Everybody needs to know who the ‘corrupt’ are and in what way they are ‘corrupt’. If a police officer has a tendency to ignore offences against women (especially their own ‘women’) – they need to be highlighted !! If a magistrate has a tendency to NOT jail someone who has taken five lives by his careless, drunken, drug-affected driving – then that fact needs to be highlighted !! If a County Court Judge only wants to hear what she WANTS to hear and will make a judgement on that basis – then that fact needs to be highlighted !!

I personally know of a number, and yes admittedly a small number (but still too many) police officers who have committed suicide, not just because of the rigours of ‘the job’ and the fact that they regularly see and deal with things that they hope that the public never see, experience or have to deal with, but also because they have considerable personal difficulty witnessing and dealing with corrupt fellow officers and their only option is ‘in-house’ investigation.

Having witnessed or heard about what happens to ‘whistle-blowers’ that go through ‘in-house’ protocols within Victoria Police they feel as though they are at a total loss to do anything about it without running the risk of jeopardising their career or experiencing bullying, intimidation, threats (or worse), by their own peers. There is absolutely no difference in asking police to investigate police, priests to investigate priests; doctors to investigate doctors, etc., and expecting to get a ‘just’ outcome for ‘the community that they supposedly serve’ and not just for ‘police’, ‘priests’ and/or ‘doctors’. Yes, it happens from time to time but it’s not very transparent and in my experience the end result is not very ‘just’ either – it’s all about ‘protecting the individual’ under the guise of ‘justice’.

This website is absolutely dedicated to all of those who are not corrupt but are hard-working, honourable, honest, decent, dedicated, committed, law-abiding and law-promoting organisations and individuals who are charged with the responsibility of creating, enforcing, teaching, and/or administering ‘justice’ everywhere. These are the people who will want to maintain the absolute highest of standards professionally, personally and organisationally and have the integrity to fulfil their responsibilities properly and honourably.

This website will provide an opportunity to sort out, weed out and bring to the attention of all people (especially those in a relevant authority) everywhere, all those who are not so honourable, honest, decent, law-abiding and who have little or no integrity at all wherever they may be, including but not limited to, police, lawyers, judiciary, politicians, government departments and teachers in universities.

This site is concerned with those who are corrupt, crooked, derelict in their duty or just don’t enforce or administer ‘justice’ the way that they are ‘required’ to do (whether by lawful proclamation or community standards). It does not mean that there are no good, decent, honourable, hard-working people doing what ‘the community’ or ‘the law’ expects them to do. Unfortunately, the actions of ‘the corrupt’ reflect on the actions of the ‘good’. I am hoping that those who support the intent of this site will want to rid their organisations and/or communities of those whom this website will be focussing on because the focus will unfortunately reflect on their integrity and acts of injustice.

If you are one of the ‘corrupt’, then the Chief Commissioners, the Chief Justices, the Attorneys General, the State Premiers don’t want or need you and neither does the community that you purportedly serve. We all deserve better than ‘you’ doing what you do. Simple as that. You need to be sorted out, weeded out and discarded on the dung-hill of society where you belong – whoever and whatever you are !! As they say in the classics, “If you can’t handle the heat you have no right being in the kitchen”.

If you are one of the ‘corrupt’ who will find the heat in this ‘kitchen’ a little bit unbearable because of this website, then get the hell out of it. All I ask and want you to do is what the community wants you to do and expects you to do and for which you get paid very well by the community to do. Please never lose sight of the fact that it isn’t the government with their bottomless pits of money that pays you, it is the taxpayers, the hard working people of Australia, who pay you. The government is just the middleman who administers your wages, salaries, fees, etc, and all too frequently pay you (and themselves) far too much out of the taxpayer’s funds. If you are concerned about you personally or your organisation being ‘named and shamed’ here please feel free to contact one or more of those in the ‘Inventory’ (on page XXXXXX) to ascertain who was more than likely to blame for this website and let them know of your displeasure. If they hadn’t done what they did, fully knowing that what they did was ‘corrupt’, this site would probably not exist – even though it should !! I now have the time to sit at home and work on it rather than working for a living – thanks in no small part to one or more of those people. Simple as that.

I will more than likely be charged with ‘contempt of court’ after this website goes public and if I am I will more than likely plead ‘guilty’ because I have absolutely nothing BUT contempt (pure, abject, total, unadulterated, utter and absolute contempt) for the courts that dealt with me and far too many of the courts that sit today that have lost sight of what ‘justice’ is and know very well that not only should justice BE done it should be SEEN to be done – and all too often, is not !! And if the Chief Justice of the High Court of Australia is wont to say, “The High Court is ‘sick to death’ (my words not his) of having to remind lower court justices of their responsibilities” how much more obvious can it be that they need reminding ?

I put my faith in the integrity and honesty of the police and the justice system and I did not get either, from either !! I believed in ‘the law’ and I believed in ‘justice’ – but ‘they’ didn’t !! “Wrong is wrong, even if everyone is doing it. Right is right, even if no-one is doing it.” “There is never a right time to do the wrong thing and there is never a wrong time to do the right thing !!”

It saddens me that so many ‘offenders’ who go to jail become ‘repeat offenders’ and one surely has to ask why that is. There are lots of opinions expressed about the fact that jail is a ‘learning centre’ for ‘new offenders’. But maybe it is because offenders see it as ‘a break from the missus’, or ‘a break from the hardships of life’, ‘going back to spend some time with my mates’, or whatever. But there is obviously something that keeps them wanting to go back time and time again. Some people will tell you that if someone goes to jail and does their jail time that ‘they have paid for their crime’. What a load of cods-wallop. I think I might know of one way that offenders can REALLY pay for their crime and resist the urge to keep going back. ‘Offenders’ (whether you are black, white, brown, yellow, red or whatever and wherever you come from) really need to pay for their crimes, in my opinion, not just figuratively but literally.

If offenders had to actually pay to the victim of the crime what the offender cost the victim (whether it be a shopkeeper, a private citizen, an insurance company, the government (in other words the taxpayer), I am reasonably certain that eventually the offender would get the message that whilst going to prison and receiving free air conditioned comfort, free meals, free accommodation, free medical, free dental, free education, free gym, free internet, being with your mates, no bills to pay, etc, ad nauseum) the fact that they are going to actually hand over their own hard-earned cash (or their social security benefits) because of their wayward ways might restrict their wayward habits when they got out. Why should the victim have to bear the actual cost of other people’s wayward ways ? How can that be ‘justice’ ? If there are hospital costs or on-going carer costs incurred by a victim (whether they were physically or emotionally bashed or not) – those costs need to be paid by the offender (or at least contributed to) because it was the offender who ‘incurred’ those costs – plus compensation. For example, if you steal someone else’s car and damage it – you need to pay the repair bill or for a new car. Why should the victim, the insurance company or the tax payer have to pay them ? That’s not you ‘paying for your crime’ it is somebody else and you will keep on committing the crimes because you don’t have to pick up the tab.

For prisoners – pay your way guys – the same way everybody on the ‘outside’ has to. You really are not that special in society that society should be forced to pick up the tab for you. If you want to study for a degree while you are ‘inside’ get HECS or a bank loan, or better still 50/50 HECS and a bank loan (the bank is likely to be more diligent about recovering their money than the government is). If you want or need medical or dental work – add it to your bill when you leave your facility or else pay it off from whatever income you receive while you are ‘inside’.

Why should somebody else pick up the offender’s tab ? If it was up to me the offenders would be paying for (or at least contributing to) their free room, their free air conditioning, their free food, etc. but I guess that is going too far ! But why should tax payers have to work long and hard and pick up the tab for offenders while they get things for free that most of the victims and general public can only dream about but are still left to pick up the offender’s tab ? Bill Shorten apparently wants to eliminate ‘inequality’ so let’s do it. Everybody on the ‘outside’ has to pay their own electricity bills, food bills, medical and dental bills, etc, so let’s have some ‘equality’ here and you pay yours too. I don’t see any reason whatsoever why your electricity bills and food bills aren’t shared amongst you. And if we had the electric chair here, I’d make you pay for that electricity too as a personal cost and not a shared cost. But then, I guess that Magistrate Lennon would see that as ‘too draconian’ !! (It will become clear why that comment was made, later.)

When I use the terms ‘corrupt’, ‘corrupting’ or ‘corruption’ here I am not referring to the taking of money in return for ‘favours’ (even though that probably happens far more frequently than it ought) I am referring to the act of corrupting or bending ‘the law’ or ‘people’ for their own purposes or because they don’t know any better and believe that their ‘corruption’ is the ‘norm’ because they work with already ‘corrupt’ people who lead them to believe that that is ‘just the way things get done’. If you corrupt the law or justice you are ‘guilty’ of corruption – it does not necessarily mean that you accept money for ‘favours’ but it includes those who manipulate, alter, falsify, doctor, distort, tamper with or interfere with ‘justice’ for their own ends

Is it Layered ?

There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.

How can I edit the masks ?

All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
